Grilled Chicken with Avocado, Tomato & Corn Salsa

Salsa1/4 cup fresh lime juice2 TBS Olive Oil2 tsp sugar1/2 tsp salt2 ripe avacados peeled, seeded and diced1 large tomato diced1 cup thawed frozen corn or canned corn1/4 red onion diced1/4 cup cilantro choppedChicken4 bonless skinless chicken breast (about 5oz each)1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp black pepper
1 Salsa: Mix lime juice, oil, sugar and salt in a medium bowl. Add remaining salsa ingredients; toss gently to mix and coat.
2 Heat outdoor grill, grill pan, indoor grill or broiler.
3 Season chicken with oregano and black pepper. Grill 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked through.
4 To serve, place chicken on plates and top with salsa.
