Szechuan Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes1/4 cup flour1 tablespoon conola oil4 cloves garlic, minced5 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar1/4 cup water1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
Directions
1. Place chicken and flour into a bag or bowl, and toss to coat. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat . But garlic in oil to fry for a few seconds before putiing in the chicken. Fry the chicken stirring constantly until lightly browned until there is no longer pink showing. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and water. Cover and cook until pieces are no longer pink inside, 5-8 minutes. During this time any vegetables that you want to add should be done now.
2. Stir in cayenne pepper, cook uncovered for about 2 more minutes. Serve over rice or noddles.
