1 round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes3-4 red potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes (depending on size)4-5 celery stalks, chopped (depending on size)1/2 medium onion diced5 medium carrots, chopped1 can tomato soup1/4 cup worscheschire sauce1 beef boullion cube or 1 tsp boullion1tsp garlic powderdash salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Very good! Used 1 lb round steak. I added a couple extra red potatoes, to suit my guys. Did not add any water--there was plenty of juice. About an hr before serving, took out a couple spoonfuls of juice and stirred in about 1/2 T cornstarch, as we like our stew pretty thick. Will make again! - 2/16/11
