Pot Roast Soup

Ingredients
Low-Carb Pot Roast Soup1 package lean beef round chunks1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 can pinto beans1 cup fresh baby carrots1/3 cup fine chopped, fresh green onions2 cups water2 beef bouillon cubesMediterranean Oregano to taste (about 1 Tbsp)Coarse ground black pepper to taste (about 1 Tbsp)
Directions
In a slow cooker, place all ingredients except bouillon cubes. Stir well. Turn slow cooker on high. Wait 30 minutes, add cubes. Stir again. After three hours, turn slow cooker down to low. Cook an additional six hours.
