Oriental Broccoli Slaw Salad

Ingredients
broccoli slaw- 1 bag4-5 chopped scallions1/2 cup slivered almonds2 bags of ramen noodles, crushed- no flavoring packet (calories and sodium are higher because it's figured with the flavoring packet)1/4 cup sunflower seedsdressing1/4 cup EVOO1/4 cup soy sauce3 tbsp rice vinegar1/2 cup raw sugar
Directions
Roast noodles and almonds @ 325 for 10 minutes. Let cool then add to slaw, scallion and sunflower seed mixture.

Add all dressing ingredients and mix well. Add to slaw and mix together. Refridgerate for 2 hours before serving. Serves 8. (Recipe is great doubles or tripled.)
