Honey Pecan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
¼ tsp salt¼ tsp pepper4 – 4 oz Chicken Breast¼ cup Honey2 Tbs Dijon Mustard¾ tsp Paprika¼ tsp Garlic powder1 cup finely crushed corn flakes1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400

Salt and pepper chicken breast set a side. Mix honey, Dijon mustard, paprika and garlic powder together in a small bowl.
Crush corn flakes in zip lock bag. Pour flakes into shallow square pan.
Finely chop pecan and add to corn flake pan. Mix corn flakes and pecans together.
Brush both sides of chicken breast with honey mixture, and then dredge in corn flakes and pecans.
Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray (lightly). Place chicken in pan and lightly spray tops of chicken with non-stick spray.
Bake for 40 minutes
