1/2 Panini - I like to use the olive flavored ones1/2 Tomato sliced1/4 Baby Zucchini sliced2.5g Parmesan Cheese1/2 medium sized Mushroom sliced1/4 Chili / Hot pepper sliced1/4 tsp Poppy Seeds1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1. Half your panini of choice length ways and spread the tomato sauce to cover.
2. Place the chopped vegetables in layers to cover (like a pizza) and sprinkle with the poppy seeds and a little salt and pepper.
3. Grate the parmesan cheese on top and bake for approx. 10-15 mins in a 170 - 180 degree Celsius oven (grill for the last couple of minutes if you like it a bit crunchy).
