Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 - 16 oz can black beans2 - celery ribs1/2 medium yellow bell pepper1/2 medium green bell pepper4 scallions2 medium tomatoes1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. ground pepper2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar1/4 c. olive oil2 Tbsp chopped chilantro or parsley
Directions
Drain and rinse beans. Chop all veggies into 1/4 inch cubes. In a medium bowl, combine all ingrediants. Toss to mix.
