Black Bean Soup <-- Delicious!

Ingredients
2 cans black beans2 cans chicken broth5 cup water1 cup lentils1 diced red bell pepper1 diced green bell pepper3/4 dicedred onion1 head garlic (crushed) <-- I use Pampered Chef's garlic press... it's amazing! (If you're interested in buying, message me on my page to get one! :) )2 cans cornchili seasoning2 Cups Brown Rice
Directions
Sautee veggies and garlic in 2-3 tbsp olive oil until slightly browned.

After sauteeing, combine everything except rice in a large pot. Cook for around 45 minutes. Add rice adn cook 7-10 minutes. Serve immediately or store for future.

If it looks too think ,add a little more water.

Makes around 16 1-cup servings.

    Very good! Just enough "heat" to make it interesting! I made it with dried beans, though, so had to cook it about triple the length of time. It was excellent and we are freezing a couple of buckets for later. - 2/27/11

    Sorry! I edited this after I made it and forgot to add the rice into the list of ingrediants. It's 2 cups of rice. And by the way, it's really really good!
