Yummy Granola Bars

Ingredients
Directions
Oats, Rice Krispies, Sunflower seeds, Dark chocolate chips, Dries Cranberries, Olive oil, maple syrup, xanthan gum, vanilla extract.
Preheat oven at 350ºF.
Add wet ingredients together and blend with hand whisk. Add dried ingredients and mix well with your hands.
Grease a 9" x 13" pan.
Press first 1/2 of mixture HARD into the pan. When nice and compact, add the other 1/2 of the mixture on top of the first and repeat.
Bake for 20 minutes. Cut when cooled.
