#eggs, fresh, 6 extra large# Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1.5 cup (not packed)# Olive Oil, 1 tbsp# Granulated Sugar, 5 tsp# Salt, 1 tsp# Gluten Free Pantry Muffin and Scone mix, .5 cup
Directions
Beat eggs to mix
Blend cottage cheese smooth
Add Cottage cheese to eggs
Add oil, sugar, salt and Gluten free Pantry muffin scone mix.
Cook as for pancakes, 2 minutes on each side.
