Gelatin (Jello) prepared with water, reduced calorie, with aspartame, 1 portion, amount to make 1/2 cup (can be made with sparkling water or diet white soda)*Cool Whip Free, 2 tbsp*Del Monte Fruit Naturals, Fruit Cocktail, 0.5 cup
Gelatin must be prepared at least four hours in advance.
Prepare gelatin according to package instructions. Dish out one 1/2 cup serving, add the Cool Whip and 1/2 cup fruit cocktail and stir.
This dessert is simple, fast, guilt free, and will soothe that sweet tooth while adding a serving of fruit (for those who have trouble fitting in fruit). Even kids will love it!
