Ingredients
Mushrooms - 20 - Stalks removed and set asideBacon - 500G (1/2 cup)Onion - 1 mediumparmesan cheese - 200gRed pepper - 1 whole (1 cup)1-2 tspn crushed garlic1 tspn olive oil
Directions
Remove stalks of mushrooms and dice finely. Finely dice other ingredients, pepper, bacon, onion, add crushed garlic and salt & pepere to taste and sautee untill soft. Spoon mixture into mushrooms and top with a sprinkle of cheese.
Pop in the oven on moderate heat untill cheese is melted and muchrooms are soft.
