my take on panera's tomato and mozzarella sandwich

Ingredients
1 tsp of sun-dried tomato pesto1 slice of tomato2 slices of part skim milk mozzarella1 ciabatta roll
Directions
cut the roll in haft. spread the pesto on both sides of the bread. place 1 slice of cheese on both sides of the bread and place the slice of tomato on one side of the bread. put the top of the roll on the bottom of the roll and heat in a toaster oven or broiler till chees is soft and heated all the way thur.
