Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
1 can sockeye salmon - 418g can (15 oz)1 Omega 3 egg1/2 cup onions chopped 1/2 cup green peppers chopped 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs1 Tbsp lemon juice1 tsp Thyme1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix ingredients together well. Form into patties and coat each side with more bread crumbs. Spray a piece of tin foil with olive oil PAM and place on BBQ. Handle burgers gently as they are very soft. Barbecue until browned, flip only once. Or they can be browned in a fry pan.
