Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 9 large (remove)Milk, 1%, 2 fl oz (remove)Marinated Quartered Artichoke Hearts (in Oil) 2 pcs, 4 serving (remove)Watercress, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Gruyere Cheese, .33 cup, shredded (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)salt 1 tsppepper ground
Directions
place chopped watercress in tart pan sprayed with nonstick spray. place artichokes evenly on top. combine all other ingredients except cheese in a bowl and beat eggs well. pour over watercress & artichokes and top with cheese, bake 375, for 30 minutes. voila crustless quiche. cut into 8 pieces. 2 pieces = 1 svg.
