Turkey Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
2 slices of whole or 7 grain bread2 ounces of Velveeta Lite Cheese (you can add less if this is too cheesy for you!)5 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray2 slices of deli Turkey Breast meat
Directions
Warm a flat skillet over medium heat (you will adjust once the sandwich starts cooking). Spray one side of each slice of bread with 5 sprays of the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray. Lay one piece, butter side down, on the skillet. Quickly add the sliced cheese and turkey. Get creative and layer if you like! Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up. Smash sandwich with a spatula and allow to cook for about a minute. Flip sandwich over and smash again. Cook until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Serve warm with soup or salad!
