Date Spice Cake

Ingredients
Spice Cake mix, Duncan HinesEgg, fresh, 3 largeWater, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz)Dates, .5 cup, pitted, chopped Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package) Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
Heat oven to 350 F
Spray a 13x9 inch cake pan with PAM
In a large bowel mix
cake mix, water, eggs, applesauce, and dates for 2- 3 minutes, pour batter into the cake pan
In another bowel mix chocolate chips, walnuts and brown sugar. Spread this mixture on top of the batter.
Bake for 40 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes
