"Sick" smoothie

(9)
  • Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice1/2 cup Vanilla soymilk (or you can use milk)1 Tablespoon wheat germ1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries1/4 cup peach slices ( I left the skin on for more fiber)2 tsp flax oil1 tablespoon agave nectar (or maple syrup)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

I realise this smoothie would be too many calories as a snack in a regular day, but when you're sick and struggling to get some calories, its perfect...and delicious!
