Party Salmon Log

Ingredients
16 oz of canned pink boneless, skinless salmon8 oz package of light cream cheese1 T lemon juice1 T horseradish (optional)1 T minced onion1/8 tsp Tabasco (or more if you like it spicy)may also roll in nuts and parsley
Directions
Soften cream cheese and blend with salmon. Add other ingredients blend and chill. Form into a log and roll in parsley and nuts if you choose chill and serve.
