Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 c whole wheat flour1/4 cf oat bran1/2 c brown sugar1 1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp allspice1/4 tsp salt1 3/4 c mashed pumpkin or 1 - 14 oz can pumpkin puree1 egg1 c skim milk2 Tbsp canola oil1 c raisins
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl, make well in the center.
3. In another bowl, beat wet ingredients. Pour into well in dry mix and stir until combined.
4. Add raisins, stir until just moistened.
5. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray or use muffin cups. Fill cups evenly.
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Makes 12 muffins
