Spanakopita - spinach pie

Directions
Phyllo Dough, 4 sheet doughButter, unsalted, .5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)Olive Oil, 1 tsp Spinach, fresh, 2 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Feta Cheese, 1 oz, crumbled
Melt butter and combine with olive oil
Brush a thin layer of oil/butter on pan
Layer phyllo dough and brush oil/butter between sheets
Mix chopped spinach, egg, and feta cheese
Spoon spinach mix onto one half of phyllo dough
Fold phyllo dough over the spinach mix
Brush top of pie with oil/butter
Bake at 400 degrees for around 20 minutes until dough is brown on top. (Start checking after about 10 minutes in over and watch.)
