Easy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound favorite pasta - whole grain is best1 jar alfredo sauce - low fat kind is best2 cans canned chicken, drained1 bag mixed veggies, thawed/drained1 - 2 cups shredded low fat cheeseDehydrated or fresh onion to tasteSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Boil pasta until al dente
Drain
Add pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken, veggies, onion, and most of the cheese to large baking dish (9x13 or so) and mix.
Top with ramainder of the cheese
Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes or until cheese on top gets bubbly.
Salt and pepper to taste

    Q: what size can of chicken? What kind of cheese? I thought this was just okay. Easy-yes but nothing WOW. I also don't like frozen veggies so I suggest fresh. - 8/8/07
