Easy Mishmash Gumbo

Ingredients
1 jar of pasta sauce5 okra pods, sliced1 cup frozen corn70 grams mushrooms, chopped2 tsp chopped garlic1/2 tsp poultry seasoning (salt free, if you can)1 cup tap water1 dash cayenne pepper2/3 cup cooked rice
Directions
Pour jar of pasta sauce into a medium sized sauce pan and heat to a low boil. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until tender and gumbo has reduced as much as you like it. Serve hot with some nice crunchy bread.
