Ingredients
Chicken Breast 4 skinless and cookedChicken Thigh, 6 thigh cooked and skinlessSpinach, frozen, 1 package Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 cup Soynaisse 8 tbspCheddar Cheese Fat Free 2 cups
Directions
Cook and shred chicken, layer in pan, put goop over it. Cook at 350 for about 45 minutes. Makes about 12 servings.
