Mojo Sauce/Marinade

Ingredients
20 cloves garlic4 limes4 oranges1 cup olive oil6 tbsp. leaf oregano1/4 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. sea salt1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Juice limes and oranges. Peel garlic.
Add all ingredients to food processor, reserving 1 cup of the orange juice.
Process.
Remove and reserve 2/3 cup of the mixture: this is the mojo sauce (served on the side with the meat).
Add remaining orange juice to food processor and pulse to mix. This is the marinade.

Marinate meat at least two hours: longer is better. Grill, broil or bake as desired. Serve with the mojo sauce.
