IngredientsDough1 envelope instant yeast2 tsp sugar1/2 cup lukewarm water1 cup non fat sour cream3/4 tsp salt3 1/2 cups white flourFilling550 grams ground sirloin1 cup diced onion2 garlic cloves, minced14 oz can diced tomatoes1 tbsp oregano1 tsp basil1/2 cup tomato sauce2 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp lemon juice
Make dough as for bread. Divide into 8 balls, and roll out or flatten into circles.
Brown meat in fry pan. Add onion & garlic.
Mix ingredients for filling. Divide amongst the dough circles. Fold dough over and pinch together to close.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
