Tofu dipper

Ingredients
1/4 block firm tofu3 tbs reduced sodium soy sauce 2 tbs or more julienned ginger 1/2 lime, juiced1 chile or garlic-chili sauce
Directions
Boil tofu with julienned ginger until consistency desired. Drain tofu - cut into blocks or leave as is. Mix soy sauce, lime, additional ginger and chile to taste. Dip Tofu into mixture and go "yum!" - makes enough for one
