Ingredients
* 5 minute Oatmeal, plain, 1.50 cup * Milk, 1%, 1 cup * Whole Wheat Flour, 1.0 cup * Applesauce, unsweetened, .50 cup * Egg white, from 2 large eggs * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Baking Powder, .50 tsp * Salt, .50 tsp *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 48 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Topping * Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, .50 tsp
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients together then add in the wet... Mix gently so they don't become tough after baking.

1/3 cup of mix per baking cup.
Each one 122 calories -Makes 9 but could squeeze out 12 if you want to make them smaller.

    These were very good. I substituted 2 tbs honey and 2 tbs crushed pineapple for the splenda. I baked them for 12 min at 350 degrees, because I like them slightly underdone. Otherwise a couple more minutes might be good. Thanks for sharing :) - 7/18/10
