Chicken Breast, no skin, 9 ounces - cut into boneless and skinless tendersChicken Broth, 3/4 CupOnions, raw, 1 medium cut into stripsBroccoli, frozen, 5 ouncesLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 8 tsp Salt and pepper to taste (not included in nutritional values listed)Spray olive oil pam (not included in nutritional Content listed)
1. Spray skillet with pam
2. brown chicken on medium. salt and pepper to taste (not included in nutritional facts listed)
3. add chicken broth and onions and cook 5 minutes
4. add broccoli and worcester sauce
5. lower heat to medium low and cover with glass lid. Simmer for about 30 minutes. take lid off and turn heat up to medium for 2-3 minutes.
