No-Salt roasted potato recipe

Ingredients
2 lbs. red skinned potatoes1/4 c Olive Oil1/4 c lemon juice1/4 tsp paprika6 garlic gloves, minced(can also add herbs of your choice, rosemary is good, as is Mrs. Dash salt substitutes)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut potatoes into bite sized pieces (1 x 1 in.) Place in large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour oil mixture over potatoes, toss to coat
Spread potatoes on a baking sheet
Place in oven for 20 - 40 minutes, they are done when browned
