1 10.5 oz can beaf broth3/4 c white long grain rice1 4.5 oz. can sliced mushrooms1/4 c butter1/2 t garlic powder
Place all ingredients in a bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Then microwave on 50% power for 12 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
