This recipe sounds good, but I think that the nutritional info is wrong. How can each serving have so few calories (45.2), carbs (10g), fat (0.7g) and protein (1.8g) yet contain 1/4 cup of white rice, 1-1/2 tsp of oil and 8.8 ounces of calamari amongst other things? - 2/19/15

OMG! This was the BEST ever!! It's got great flavor and just melts... For some reason, mine was -very- watery (the calamari), so the sauce never really thickened, but...it was still DELICIOUS! First time making calamari, ever! Hubby raved about it. EXCELLENT! Thank you! - 5/7/11
