-1 medium banana-10 strawberries (mine were frozen from the summer in my freezer so I didn't need any ice)-a little less than a cup of nonfat plain yogurt-1 cup of apple cider

makes 2 1-cup servings, I usually just have the whole thing for breakfast, and its 386.5 cal if you don't want to share =P
