Creamy Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
6 cups butternut squash, peeled, seeded and chopped in to cubes3 cups Swanson Nautral Goodness Chicken Broth1/4 cup chopped scallions3 cloves garlic, minced1 cup fat free half and half
Directions
Makes six generous servings.

Peel, seed and cube butternut squash. In a stock pot, saute scallions and garlic with a little water until tender. Add squash and chicken broth. Simmer, partially covered, for 20 min. or until squash is tender. Puree squash soup mix in a blender in parts. Return soup to pot and over low heat slowly add half and half, stirring until completely mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy.
