Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 lb roast beef (with broth left over from roasting - approx 1 cup)1/2 med. head of cabbage shredded1 cup sliced carrots1 15 oz can corn, drained1 15 oz cans green beans, including liquid1 46 oz can tomato juice1 c frozen baby lima beans1 c frozen petite peas
Directions
Using a large kettle (6 - 8 qt) add all ingredients and stir well. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer. Cover and simmer 3 - 4 hours. Stir occassionally.
