Delicious Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients
1 - 10 oz bag of fresh spinach (already washed)1/4 tsp - garlic salt2 tbsp - extra virgin olive oil1&1/2 tbsp - grated parmesan (or romano) cheesejuice of one lemon
Directions
1. Place 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add 1/4 tsp of garlic salt.
2. Add fresh spinach slowly while it cooks as to not overfill the pan.
3. Once the spinach is mostly sauteed and a darker shade of green, add the juice of one lemon.
4. Sprinkle 1&1/2 tbsp of grated parmesan (or romano) cheese over the spinach and stir for about 15-20 seconds and remove from the heat.
5. Serve and enjoy!
