Black Bean and Corn Soup

Ingredients
1 cup salsa(use your favorite)1 can black beans2 cans low sodium natural chicken broth1 cup frozen corn1 cup shredded cheddar cheese(optinoal)
Directions
Set cheese aside for garnish.

Add all other ingredients to pot and cook over medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve soup in bowls, garnish with cheese.

Additionally, garnish with your favorite taco toppings.
