Ground Beef Chili

Ingredients
1 pound of extra lean ground beef1 can of red kidney beans1 6 oz can of tomato paste1 1/2 cups of water1 cup of chopped onion1 tsp of salt1 tsp of pepper2 tsp of chili powder season to taste with onion salt and garlic salt
Directions
Brown ground beef and onions, add rest of ingridents and simmer for 45 minutes. Serves 6
