5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
1 coffee mug4 tbls flour (plain flour, not self rising)4 tbls baking splenda2 tbls baking cocoa1 egg3 tble milk3 tble oil3 tble chocolate chips (optional)2 tble nuts (optional)small splash of vanilla
Directions
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and nuts (if using). Add vanilla and mix again.
Put your mug in microwave and cook for 3 minutes on high. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little and tip onto a plate if desire.
EAT! (This can serve 2 if you want to share!)
