Wholewheat bread for the breadmaker

Ingredients
3/4 tblsp olive oil3/4 tblsp molasses260ml soya milk (or half water), warmed2 tblsp flaxseeds (linseeds)250g wholewheat flour (2 cups approx)125g plain white flour (1 cup approx)3.4 tsp salt1 tsp instant style yeast
Directions
Place ingredients in breadmaker pan in the order given. The liquid needs to be warmed so it feels warm (but not hot) to the touch, if the kitchen temperature is 20C (68F) or lower. If it's 28C (82F) or higher, it's best to use chilled liquids from the fridge. If in between, room temperature is around right. Can use regular milk instead of soy milk if preferred, and if not lactose-free.

Set the breadmaker to wholewheat setting, 1.5lb size, and light colour. Then leave to make bread.

Cuts into 12 slices, nutritional info is for one-slice serving.
