Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
lowfat vanilla soy milkMargirine the 50/50 butter kind.5 medium raw potatos
Directions
Peel the potatoes
Cut them into fourths.
Put them in the water, it doesn't have to be boiling yet.
Bring them to a slight boil.
Then let them simmer for about 20 minutes. I'm not too sure about the simmer time. I was making meatloaf and we just let them simmer until the meatloaf was done.
