Ingredients
Jennie-O Italian Turkey Sausage 1 link, 5 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Newmans Own Cabernet Marinara Pasta Sauce, 3 cup (remove)Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Creamette Oven Ready Lasagna (about 3 pieces), 8 oz (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz (remove)Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 15 oz (remove)
Directions
Remove 12 pieces lasagna. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In skillet, cook Italian Sausage with onion and garlic. Revmove from heat, drain. Stir in Pasta and tomato sauces.

In small bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, egg, basil, and oregano.

In 13 by 9 inch pan, spead 3/4 cup meat sauce.
Place 3 pieces uncooked pasta crosswise over sauce. Pieces should not overlap or touch side of pan.

Spread 2/3 cupt ricotta mixture evenly over pasta. Spread 3/4 cupt meat sauce evenly over ricotta covering pasta completely; sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella.

Repeat pasta/ricotta/meat layering two more times. Top with remaining 3 pasta pieces. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.

Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes; remove foil. Bake 10-15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
