Ingredients
3.5 cups oatmeal1.5 cups non-fat dry milk4 scoops protein powder1/2 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup raisins1/4 cup cocoa powder (optional)2 eggs (or egg whites)1/2 cup orange juice4 0z applesauce1/2 cup honey1/2 cup frozen raspberries (optional)1/2 cup frozen blueberries (optional)1/2 cup frozen strawberries (optional)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
Mix wet ingredients in small bowl
combine both into large bowl
fold in fresh (or frozen) fruit
bake 350 degrees 25-30 minutes until firm
