Fish taco

Ingredients
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), .25 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)Onions, raw, .15 cup, chopped (remove)Avocados, California (Haas), .15 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)Sour Cream, 1 tbsp (remove)*Smart Balance Buttery Spread, .5 tbsp (remove)*Tilapia filet, 3 oz (remove)Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 inch, 1 serving (remove)Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
Directions
5-6 tilapia filets, melt smart balance, mix with juice of one lime juice, chili powder ( I don't measure anything I'd say 2-3 table spoons of the chili powder) salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 min.

when done put together on the flour tortilla like you would a taco, along with the veggies.

I apologize if directions aren't the best. when I cook i don't really measure. but these are so good I had to put them out here!
