Spinach,Cheese and Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Cottage Cheese-1%-1/4 cupMozzarella Cheese-Skim-1ozBlack Pepper-1/2 dashCarrots-Raw-diced or shredded-1 cupDehydrated Onion Flakes- 1 tbspSpinach- fresh-1 cupWheat Melba Toast- 1/2 ozTyson Diced Chicken Breast- 3oz
Directions
The first thing you need to do is take the 3oz of chicken from the packge leaving some for another day. Then warm it up for about a minute in the microwave. Next, you measure about 1 cup of spinach into a salad bowl. Take out the chicken and toss it too into the bowl. Again take the measuring cup after you put the spinich in the bowel measure out 1 cup of carrots and dice them up and toss them into the salad. Next Take the melba toast the brake it up into smaller pieces. and toss it in with the salad. Mix up the salad you have so far. Now take that 1/4 a cup of cottage cheese and neatly place it right in the middle. Take the dehydrated onion andsprinke it gently over the top of the cottage cheese. Next take the Black pepper(optional) and lightly sprinkle it over the salad. Finally sprinkle the mozzerella cheese on top and dig in!! =]]
