Spicy Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients
2 doz. large shrimp or 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled & deveined3 cups cooked brown rice1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp crushed red pepper1 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed1/4 cup Smart Balance buttery spread1-1/2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp Pickapeppa sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)1/4 cup dark beer1 large tomato diced coarsely
Directions
In small bowl combine seasonings. Combine buttery spread, garlic, Pickapeppa sauce and seasoning mix in a large skillet over high heat. When the buttery spread is melted, add tomato, then the shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring evenly. Add the beer; cover and cook another minute. Remove from heat and spoon over rice.
