Turkey Breakfast Sausage (Low-Carb)

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground turkey , uncooked 1 egg white 1/4 tsp sage, ground 1/4 tsp dried marjoram 1/4 tsp ground thyme 1/8 tsp ground savory 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 cooking spray
Directions
Combine turkey, egg white, sage, marjoram, thyme, summer savory, and pepper in a bowl; stir well.

Shape mixture into 12 patties and chill at least 1 hour. If not to be used immediately, the patties should be wrapped, labeled, and stored in the freezer.

Coat a skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Place skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Place patties in skillet; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.

    I only used one pound of turkey and doubled the spices. Still needed more spice, but in all, these were good! - 3/8/09
