Lebanese Beef and Rice

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 cup rice1 can tomato soup1 1/2 cans water1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp cinnamonsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Fry ground beef, onion powder and garlic powder. Boil rice per directions. Drain beef, combine rice and beef, tomato soup, water, salt, pepper and cinnamon. Simmer on stove for 15 minutes.
