Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Chuck8oz. tomato sauce6oz. tomato paste1 tsp. salt1 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. garlic powder1 bay leaf1 tbls. sugar1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
Directions
Put everything in heavy pan and cook on low for 3 hours. Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.
